When you use WhimNook's AI-powered tools, the text or image prompts you enter may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Alibaba Cloud DashScope) to generate responses. We do not store these inputs on our servers unless you choose to save them locally in your browser.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Analytics data: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, tool popularity). This data is anonymized.
• Cookies: We use minimal cookies to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and language setting. These are stored locally in your browser.
• Advertising cookies: Google AdSense may set cookies to serve relevant ads. See Section 5 for details.

1.3 Local storage

Some settings (such as your AI API key, theme, and language) are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly submit it to a tool.

• Cloudflare (hosting & CDN): for website delivery and security.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We do not retain your tool inputs or outputs on our servers. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months. You can clear your locally stored data at any time through your browser settings.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense)

WhimNook uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
